The Quality Assurance Office of the PharmD Program Evaluates the Educational Program

Based on the strategic objectives of the institution, which aim to enhance the satisfaction of customers and stakeholders, the Quality Assurance Office of the PharmD program conducts periodic evaluations of the educational program, including its activities and procedures.

These evaluations are carried out by all relevant stakeholders, including students, faculty members, tutors, laboratory technicians, employees, trainees, and others. The results are then analyzed and compiled into a comprehensive educational program report that reflects feedback from all parties.

These evaluations serve as a fundamental input for continuous development and improvement processes within the program.

The graphs below illustrate stakeholder satisfaction with the PharmD educational program across all academic years.
