As part of the PharmD Program’s ongoing commitment to innovation and renewal in teaching and learning methods, a remarkable initiative has been led by Dr. Hanan Al-Awami through the Case Seminar of Pathology Lab for third-year PharmD students.
Dr. Al-Awami integrated clinical case studies, linking theoretical knowledge with practical application in Pathology, using Case-Based Learning (CBL) and Interactive Learning approaches.
This innovative educational method enhances students’ understanding of disease mechanisms and the associated histopathological changes, making the Pathology Laboratory a rich, engaging, and intellectually stimulating learning environment.
