Interprofessional Education (IPE)

Inter-professional Education is one of the strategies of guided self-learning and interactive learning, which ensures interaction between different medical specialties to work as a team, which ensures the reduction of medical errors, where students study common topics with each other over the years of study in which they learn how to communicate well with each other and respect each other and believe that each person in the team is trained and can perform his tasks and learn continuously and understand the job and role of the other party and the limits of the other party and understand common services and exchange opinions and provide services for the patient.

Learning between professions is one of the requirements for international accreditation in medical education, which improves the efficiency of the graduate and his work in the future and also benefits the health sector in Libya.
